decoration were all completed before the due date of the contract.

Within the complex, there are three main blocks comprised of administrative block, social facilities and gym; administrative block consists of a conference room with 320-person capacity, seminar rooms, foyer, meeting rooms, training rooms, rooms with projection and simultaneous interpretation booths, library; social facility block consists of life support, social activity units and gym. The complex has 5-star hotel standards with a total of 184-bed capacity consisting of 80 rooms and 12 suits.
