Scope of the undertaking : construction , mechanics , electricity, rough works and craftsmanship decoration were all completed before the due date of the contract.

It consists of two blocks comprised of chancery and residence building. It was originally a competition project. The architectural project was drawn by Affan Yatman - Nesrin Yatman Architectures Co. Ltd.
